Since the Russian invasion into Ukraine, EU countries have spent over 120 billion euros on Russian fossil fuel, a source of income for the Russian government to fund the war, whilst spending 51 billion euros on humanitarian, financial and military aid to Ukraine. The cumulative aid includes spendings by all EU countries individually as well as EU institutions.
